I am going to use intel i5 10400F and it is locked processor. Also it will support upto 2666 RAM. Hence, unlocking is not possible. So why should I buy B560 board?

On B560 you can use faster RAM (3200/3600) with i5-10400F which increase performance.

Yes. But Intel core i5 10400F support up to 2666 RAM. Is there any other reason to buy B560.
Also I have PCI express 3.0 Graphics card and do not require PCI express 4.0 ready motherboard.

With B460, yes. When you put a 10400F in a B560 MB you can let RAM run faster than 2666. B560 is able to OC RAM.
