Magicolor 2350 QMS hangs in power safe

I have a Minolta 2350 and it works fine except after a couple of hour
in powersaving mode. Than it stops responding and is only accesible
after a hard reboot, eg. power off/on.

I have installed the latest firmware and are runing the printer
through network, tcp/ip.

No extra ram or devices connected to the printer.

Does anyone have a guess to what can solve my problem?

can you tell me which firmware you are using at the moment?
And can you get access to the PageScope Light?

I forgot one question: are you using the Crown Printer Port
or normal tcp/ip?

Hi.

I use the latest firmware, 3.0.5, with a enginefirmware number of
413150G00800
and i use only TCP/Ip for printing and administration.
I can administrate the printer throug the page scope while it is alife
but when it freez there are no response.

I made som configuration changes and it seems to have solved my
problem since the printer havent frozen on me for 2 days now.
The changes i made was to disable the USB and Parallel ports on the
printer.

When i print i have created a TCP/IP port, if that is what you mean.
