Our Church Management Software (ChMS) is hardcoded to only work with 32 bit Outlook. Real geniuses, eh? It's that time of year when we send out the quarterly giving statements. When we try to mail them from the ChMS we get a MAPI call error that has no workaround per the ChMS vendor. (And how long has 64 bit application software been available?) Installing another client (Thunderbird, eMClient, etc.) is not an option. We can export the date as a single, 139 page Adobe PDF file. The reports was created by Business Objects; at least that's the logo in the corner of the screen.
So, do we have any options or are we sunk?

Solution
Each page is about 300kb or less.

"Is it possible to upload that PDF on a webserver somewhere, and just send the link to it.
Instead of filling up all those email boxes. "
Loading to a web server would be nice but there are only two people allowed to see the information - me and the member.

"If your current tools are not meeting your needs, time to ditch them and move to something else.
This is a universal business concept."
Our current ChMS cost $500 a year for support plu "free" upgrades. One option we've looked at would set us back $,1400 to $1,800 a year. We are looking at replacing the ChMS & getting a new web site so members would have secure log-ins to their own information.
So if this is...

So if this is just between you and one other person, why can't this PDF in toto be emailed via some other service. gmail, for instance.

Or am I missing something?
If it is sent to multiple members...encrypt it, and send the encryption key via email side channel.
Password to get into the download link, and then a password to decrypt once they've downloaded the file locally.

As for the existing ChMS....if it is not meeting your needs, then anything above $1/yr is too much.
