[SOLVED] Main Admin user on PC internet is extremely laggy/unusable

Hello, I have a pc with windows 10. I have 3 different user profiles. 1 is my main admin, 1 is my wifes (standard user) and another is a profile that I made for work since I work from home. I have not used my main profile in a while because I use my computer mainly for work. Today, I logged into the main profile and my internet was extremely slow. Streams were stopping, pages wouldnt load. I noticed some programs were running very slow as well. I have logged into my work profile and everything works just fine.

Here is what I have tried.

1. I did a windows update and have restarted my computer.
2. I have turned off any programs that are running when the computer starts up
3. I went into my CMD prompt and ran 3 different DISM prompts for health, fix, etc...
4. I have scanned for Malware and Viruses with Malwarebytes and Avast.

At this point, I am at a loss as to why a single profile would do this. When I use speed test app to run a speed test on that user the speeds are 1ping 956MB down 876MB up. Speeds are not an issue. I am hardwired, this is not over wifi.

All other devices on the network are fine. Other users on the SAME pc are fine. It is just this user. In my Task Manager, there are no processes that are running high or taking over.

Also look in Resource Monitor.

Process Explorer (Microsoft, free) may prove helpful as well.

Compare what you find in slow Admin profile to the other two fast profiles.

My thought is that something is being launched in Main Admin and grabbing resources.
