Question Main monitor has horizontal lines for a couple of minutes in case another monitor is connected, how to fix?

The title says it all.

My main monitor has horizontal lines when I turn on the PC, they appear and disappear for a couple of minutes.

My second monitor is fine but if I disconnect my second monitor, the main monitor's horizontal lines disappear.

Can you guys tell me what is wrong?
