main phone keyboard deleted

i was playing around with my phone and i got root and a system app remover and i installed a custom keyboard and deleted the main one, after a while i factory reset my phone now i cant use any keyboard, help i cant accses my phone i still have to set it up but i cant because i dont have a keyboard
