Question Mainboard for Ryzen9 7900X: MSI MAG B650 tomahawk or ASUS ROG strix B650E-F gaming wifi?

Hi to all!
I'm Italian, so please, forgive my bad English..

I'm building a new pc (for astrophotography elaboration) and I have yet :
CPU: AMD ryzen9 7900X
RAM: 2x32Gb corsair vengeance CL30 (CMH64GX5M2B6000Z30)
VGA: radeon RX6650XT
PSU: seasonic Focus 750W
Dissi: thermaltake peerless assassin 120se

well.. I can't take a decision about mainboard.
after long reflections I have these:

Asus Rog strix B650E-F gaming wifi
MSI mag b650 tomahawk

I was oriented to the Asus but then I read about issues with LAN/WAN and long time to booting
MSI has some issues with LAN too but it's cheeper

I'm really confused: could you help me to take a decision??

Are your choices the two mentioned in the thread's title or do we have room to wiggle?

Looing up Italy using PCPartPicker, you have other options;

at your disposal from the B650 chipset.

Are you certain you want to stick to an atx form factor for your motherboard? Make and model of your case?

hi! thank you for your time.
I prefer to stay in the two mentioned models and ATX form factor. (or maybe the GIGABYTE B650 AORUS ELITE AX deserves a chance?)
my case is a Sharkoon S25W slightly modded to increase the front air flowing.
