Maingear vybe fail...?

Well i just got myself a maingear vybe with a giveaway (the spec is below) and my cpu keep going at damn high temperature when i open the pc... even when im doing nothing (like literally NOTHING at all) the cpu temp hit like 80+ degree.... even to 100 degree... wtf... >.< my old pc (i still use it) is like at 44~46 degree... some1 know how to find the problems..? seems like the pump work and all ...i checked it with the software evga give for their clc 280 owner (evga flow or something like that)
PS: Now the idle temp is like at 67....i mean it still damn high >.<

Don't be insulted, but are we sure there was no clear protective sticker on bottom of water block before install?

Those temps sound like the pump is not even running, honestly....

Correct pump header? Indications (vibration, etc) that pump is on?

Well idk what happen but i re-installed the cooler with a new thermal paste and now its working fine u.u nop the sticker wasnt there luckily maingear isnt noob for installing pc ahahahah
