Major differences here?

Are there any major differences between the Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P and the UD3P? Because the DS3P is $20 cheaper and I am curious on if there is a big enough difference that is worth $20? Btw, this is my first PC build so I won't be doing anything too special with the board. Thanks 😀
