[SOLVED] Major Help Needed With Build...

Hi Tom's Hardware Forum Community,
I'm having issues with my first ever PC build. Here are the parts I'm using:

• AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
• ASRock B450M PRO4 Motherboard
• 4x8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200
• ASRock Phantom Gaming Radeon RX 560
• Thermaltake Litepower 350W
• NVMe M.2 SSD 256GB
• Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD

I've been trying to boot the computer, keep in mind, I haven't installed an OS yet, and my keyboard and other USB devices aren't receiving any power. My fans do spin and the RGB on the memory turns on.
I can't get a video output from my graphics card, or any sign the computer is fully functional.

First of all, that power supply is very low for your computer, but I hope it isn't the problem.
