According to the min req's. for that game, you just made it... except for needing a discrete gfx card: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/CYRI/Requirements/arma-3-alpha/11602?p=r
That's where it is going to get tricky. Your PSU is too small for any serious card, and the PCIe x16 slot is positioned in such a way you can only use a single width card.
I'm assuming this is what your PC looks like inside: http://cnet3.cbsistatic.com/hub/i/r/2010/08/06/ef00486c-67c3-11e3-a665-14feb5ca9861/thumbnail/770x433/a6275a9c3b11dedd1803dd95830936d2/34139096_4_OVI_1333_1.jpg

This low profile, single width GT 730 is the only card I can find that will fit the case and not overload the PSU. It should allow you to play at reduced settings depending...

Clutchc,
. You are correct that was what my system looks like.... I have looked at the gt720 but if I read it correctly it requires more power than my system has . My monitor is something like 1920 x 1080

Look online for a power supply upgrade. Without a new power supply there is no gaming card, even low end, that will run in your computer. I think even the 730 will have stability issues, I would not run it on a 220 watt PSU.

If you want to play games on the system I would sell it and get a new one, even if it's a cheaper used one, somethig with a quad core CPU and a power supply 300+ Watts in a regular tower case.

Many used higher end office systems are like that.

Figue your system maybe about $100-120, you'll be spending another $150 over that for a decent used computer and a card like the 750 or 750Ti unless you can find something with a 400w+ power supply, then you can get a cheaper R7-250X/7770
