Major laptop problems

so my hard drive is fine, the buzzing I heard was coming from the fan, so i took it out and cleaned it, put the fans back in, I accidently unplugged a wire idk what it did but i can assume it was for the fan on the right side because that fan isnt running as far as i can tell, Now in game fps drops often, I checked MSI after burner with an fps counter and the results werent pretty, the gpu usage for both cards goes up and down drastically every few seconds, this is somehow related to the fps and fan i know it

It's difficult to help because you didn't provide any detail, such as the make/model of the laptop and pictures of the wires you disconnected. The only advise I can give is to open it up again and triple check all the wire connection are good.

It is an msi ge72 2qf apache pro I can get a picture of the wire if i need too
