is 650 watts good enough? for the R9 390 and the i5 ???

Yes 650w would be enough, but i would get this PSU it good quality and you will aslo have some space for future upgrade or OC

Becuase I already have a 650 watt psu and Id rather not buy another or get a 750 if its not necessary
