Make a Bootable CD

I want to know how to make a bootable CD. I already tried to copy everything from my Bootable Floopy to my CD. And it doesn't work. So, what's next?

Great link. I just made a bootable XP CDRW with all my drivers and windows updates. Will windows search and execute all the windows updates or do I have to individually execute each one that I placed in the root folder?
