Could you pleqse make me a gaming pc with a budget of 1000 the case should have a window and the graphics card should be 250 max

Most games aren't taking advantage of more than 4 cores, so unless you're planning on one box streaming or running a lot of background tasks while gaming I'd consider something like this:

It's a bit over but well worth it for 1080P/60hz but if the price needs to be lower then swap the GPU to a GTX 1060 6gb.

I had 16GB in the mix but switched it when I was trying to fit display, keyboard, and mouse in the budget. Yes, I agree 16GB is the way to go now!
