Question Make my own live wallpapers?

So I think it would be cool to have live wallpapers for my pc. I have windows 10 pro 64-bit, and when I look online all the options are pre-made live wallpapers and they cost money. Is there a way I can do something like, have a video and having my pc fill in frames for super slow motion and have the wallpaper change like every 30 min or so?

there is software available to show videos as wallpaper. a quick google search should turn up many options. (i haven't done this in a long time so don't recall any names)

they should offer options of how often to change and so on. though i do believe you'll have to have the videos ready to go. but it's been long enough that it's possible some might have built in video creators as well by now.

I have used software to have the desktop background be in motion, but it chewed through resources a bit.

The PUSH software above is what most people reccomend even though it paid.

i'm sure there is a free solution but i don't know what it is. you're gonna have to do some research for the other options. push is the most used/suggested program but again a google search should turn up alternatives. i doubt push is the only one out there.

as for making videos with "slides" changing at intervals, that is easily done now within powerpoint. you set up the slide show with the proper timing between changes and then save it as a movie. easy to do and most folks have powerpoint sitting around they can use.

but then the noramal slideshow built into windows does the same thing and won't eat up as many resources. that's been there since win 7 and only takes pointing it at a folder of pics and telling it how often to change...
