Re-using parts so I can save some money.

CPU: i5-6400 (Reuse)
GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 AMP! SE (1439 MYR)
MBD: Gigabyte GA-B250M-GAMING 3 (389 MYR) (maybe)(recommend cheaper. Min. 4 ram slots)
RAM: 2X4 Crucial DDR4 PC-2400 (474 MYR)
HDD: W.D. Green 2TB (2011) or W.D. BLUE 1TB(2012?) (Both reuse) (which better)
Casing: Segotep Lux II (179 myr?) (Recommend with full transparent side)
PSU: Silverstone 600W ST60F-P (Reuse)

Give recommendations that preferably are cheaper.

Memory will only run at 2133\2400 it's the max for the B250 chipset.

I second blackbird here, I would buy some slower memory and save yourself a couple dollars because it won't run at full speed. Also try to buy memory that is on the supported list for the motherboard (just a tip).

No looks good, maybe think about using an SSD as the boot drive but otherwise there is nothing that I would change.
