Make this build gaming worthy?

So I have a mobo (i dont know what kind it is so dont ask) a psu (about 500w) a case, hard drives, os, optical drive, and a gpu (geforce 560ti twin frozr). All I need is a cpu and ram. I am getting the i7 950 and the corsair xms3 ram.6x4 or 6x8gb.

I have a few questions. Should i get another gpu? I want to play minecraft smoothly, and make a server too. Maybe some other light gaming too. I would also like to know how many fps i would get out of this build (with the 2 gpus)

And what other things could i do to speed of the computer?

Your best upgrade will most likely be a solid state drive. Switching from a disk to solid state will give you the most immediately noticable performance improvement.
Don't get a second gpu. Although it can nearly double perfomance for some games. Most of the time it's only a small difference or none at all. You would be better off spending the money on a single graphics card improvement

but then i would have to get a completely new mobo. or should i just ditch this idea and build a completely new system? I'll keep my hardrives and stuff like that if i do. It would cost an extra few hundred $$$ and im almost 15 i dont have a real job yet(have a dog job) Is it worth it? i dont care if i had to save for a while.

If you don't have a job at the moment then I would recommend you work with what you have rather than build a new system.
With that consideration it may not make any sense to get an i7 or even an i 5 processor if you are working with an older motherboard. The reason is that you will waste the processing power if the chipset on your old mobo can't handle your new processor.
Any time you are working with or upgrading a new system, after cost considerations, your biggest concern is finding potential bottlenecks. Otherwise you put in expensive hardware but the weak link in the chain only lets get a small portion of the benefit.
Again, at your stage in life I really recommend you work with what you have knowing one day you can build your own beast machine. Video games at 15 were pretty important so don't spend months saving up when you can get what you have going. For example, a nice system built around an i 7 processor could cost atound $1500
