Making a PSU cover?

I just purchased a Corsair 450D over an Enthoo pro. Only thing I think I would regret is the 450D not having a PSU cover. (It is in the mail by the way! YAY!). I have seen the post about using a heat gun to bend acrylic, but my question is, should I go with a metal sheet (cheapest I can find at Homedepot) and have them bend it, or should I stick wit the acrylic. Has anyone made a PSU cover for the 450D yet? If so, can I get your measurements please? Thanks

I personally love the aesthetics of no PSU and no cables being visible.

Just cover it with cardboard.
