Making Cheap Ram Look Cooler

Can/How can i add some sort of covering to my current ram that is just a green PCB looks like this

could i make them? not metal but a plastic, but how would i attach them?

The heat sinks usually used on RAM are metal so that they conduct the heat away, and provide a large surface area for the heat to dissipate.

Using plastic would not provide any cooling benefits, and may cause the RAM to be damaged.
