I am trying to create a bootable drive using the Mac iOS that my friend gave me. I need a list of specific steps on how to do it. I have a 32gb USB Flash Drive.
I am not going to really help you but, I was going to do same as you, but then i realized that mac can't use nvidia/amd gpu... atleast not what a PC uses, if you still really need help, maybe contact me somewhere else other than here since piracy isn't supported.
You can't create a bootable drive of iOS. It's an OS for iphones and iPads.
If you mean OS X, then you have a pirated copy and we can't provide you with any help about that.
But, whatever, you need a Mac to create bootable OS X media (which you then install on a Mac). Really it's easier to just install it on your Mac from the Apple Store, the way that nature intended.
I've already told you that we can't help with pirated software. As you don't have access to a Mac it doesn't really matter; you need a Mac to make bootable media, and you need a Mac to install it on.

If you just wanna play with it, go the VM route? Install Virtualbox (free) using Win7 as host, and OSX as guest. Is super easy to remove should you decide OSX is not for you.
Having used both, Windows is more "logical" to me, OSX still has elements of MacOS from the first Macs and Finder to me, is horrible. You gotta use OSX with Mac hardware because it's made to match, but OSX on PC hardware, I dunno, I venture to say, not the same, smooth(?), feel.
^^ Exactly. you can't really use os x on pc's hardware. it will work but will not be the best. that's why some people just build a hackintosh. to get components that is good with mac.
