Question Making my Bluetooth dongle connect on startup

Not sure which forum is correct for this, but: I have Windows 10 on a Dell Optiplex 3020 desktop. It has no Bluetooth built in, so I have a little dongle that plugs into a USB port. I want to use a Bluetooth mouse. I can manually pair and connect it (using a wired mouse and 'Bluetooth & other devices' in Windows Settings) once Windows is running, but is there a way to make it automatically connect every time without doing this?

I am surprised that Windows isn't remembering the devices and doing already as you would like.

No, that is the only one. When I open the Bluetooth setting page, the mouse is paired but not connected. I have to uninstall it, pair it and connect it.
