Question Malicious File

Alright, so today someone hacked my friend and uploaded a file onto the school website.
It's titled as "Stefan's Game" and is 9.9 mb large.
At first I tried running it on a 8.1 vm but I got these errors.

Then I downloaded python on the vm and still get these errors.

What is the intention of this program? It's targeting only my class.
