Question Malware and device hacking?

Recently Avast scanned one malware file I'm worried can that malware file hack my personal storage files and their were some apk I don't know but Avast didn't scanned it as a virus
And Avast didn't found Touchpal app as an adware but when I scanned with malware bytes it found it
Why?

I wouldn't to worry about it. Apks are andriod app install files. If you are concern, scan the entire computer for malware and change you windows pin/password along with your Microsoft account password.

There were apk's like config.ar.apk and bloops_dynamic.sdk.apk and some more what are these apk files and when I click on it say parsing error
