I'm running Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64bit, and a malware got pass my antivirus. When I noticed, I hocked the hard drive to another PC and scanned with Avast, Malwarebytes and ESET. Each one of them found some threats and cleaned them but the Windows still act weird specially internet browsers so I believe there are some still.(additional info you can skip: Firefox keeps crashing on start after several COMPLETE uninstalls.. Fonts in Chrome's address bar and menus are quite different.. and I also had two other browsers and they won't start anymore)
Anyone can recommend an effective anti-malware? I'm trying not to do a fresh windows install. any advice?
