Question Manli Gallardo rtx 2080?

Hello
We have both a shortage of rtx 2080 in my country and a big difference between the basic non-OCed zotac and Manli Gallardo with the rest of rtx 2080. The closer is the msi Ventus and it's 60$ more.
I couldn't find a review of the Gallardo, it's a big card and factory OCed with 3 fans, but no idea how quiet it's and how warm it gets.
Any of you tried it or have it?

Bearing in mind there will be next to no difference (maybe 2-3% on good day) within a model type, i.e. RTX2080, I'd go for a trusted brand, never heard of Manli, so it'd be the zotac.

Yeah that's my thinking too, Manli could be awesome but I can't take a bet and get a noisy card for the coming 2 years.
Anyway can a dual fan rtx 2080 non factory OC aka 1710mhz be easily OC to 1800?

Actually, MANLI is a well known PSU brand in the Asian region. It's a Chinese legit graphics card brand that offers Nvidia graphics cards. Their collection includes high-end, mid-range and budget Nvidia graphics cards. They do have their own website as well. They are based in Hong Kong.

They are not very popular in the US/UK/Europe though.
