Question Manufacture question

I am looking at getting a gtx 1060 or 1070 but what brand is reliable? I have seen EVGAE. MSI, ASUS etc......

I've found MSI to be reliable. Currently using a Galax/KFA2 GTX 1070 ti which seems to be doing well. But keep in mind that even new equipment could be faulty if you're unlucky. Also different products from the same brand may not be up to expectations. That said, EVGA seems to be well thought of as well.

Just my personal opinion:

Tier 1: ASUS/EVGA (If you can afford it, sure!)
Tier 2: MSI/Sapphire/HIS/Gigabyte/XFX (Good Options)
Tier 3: Powercolor/Zotac (meh... I'd probably opt for a lower powered Tier 2 than one of these)

Again, just my personal opinion.

Had good luck with both EVGA and MSI.
