Manufacturers report Intel chipset shortage across-the-board

DigiTimes reports this morning that motherboard manufacturers are claiming not just low-end but high-end Intel chipsets have been difficult for them to obtain: Intel's chipset shortage has extended from its entry-level PCI Express (PCIe) 915 series to the high-end 945G line, according to motherboard makers.
