many greyed out duplicated devices on my network

the reason why it bothers me that there are many greyed out duplicated devices on my network is because it seems to slow my system down. and they are unnecessary. so how do we get only the needed ones and remove the duplications / redundancies?

Where are you seeing the greyed out duplicates? What software, hardware (router) admin screens, all computers?

Wired, wireless, both?

More information is needed.

should have added those details in my question, they are just in windows10 file explorer, have only 1 login account and it shows my router and roku about 15 duplications each. im bet if i did a reset redundants would all go away. no big deal its just weird.

Back up your important files and verify the backups.

Then run Disk Cleanup.

CCleaner (free) may also help if Disk Cleaner does not get everything.
