Mars rog or gtx 970

Should I buy the Maes rog 2x760 ($329) or gtx 970($460) . For 1080, and specifically for games such as witcher 3 and gta V. Everything else in my system can support both these graphics cards with no or barely any bottleneck or power limit. Prices are in Australia .

I would certainly get the GTX 970, then in a few years when the price drops get a second 970 for SLI. The single 970 will play any game in 1080p for the next 2-3 years without an issue. Then going SLI will allow for 4K and several more years of AAA games on highest settings.
