Mass Effect 3 Origin

I downloaded ME3 through Origin, and I can't get the game to launch offline. I don't have internet, is there some way to get it to launch offline through Origin? When I launch the game it just brings up the Origin login page. Please help,

It's just a funding issue. I don't wanna pay for it lol. Sucks that I can't play a game that I paid for and downloaded though simply because I don't have the internet. Oh well, lesson learned.

As I said initially, welcome to the future of single-player games. Distributors will screw customers over to make stakeholders happy with DRM.

Ask the friendly neighborhood pirate to help you play the game in SP without that origin crap, you even paid 60$ or w/e for it so why should you be whipped by EA even more? you're probably not a masochist

Just so everyone is aware, Origin works just fine in offline mode, I logged in as I would if I was online and Mass Effect 3 is working just fine now.

No, I didn't know it would work then. I got information from another forum, tried it, and it worked fine. Just thought I would pass it along so everyone was aware for future conversations.

do you mind sharing the info on how to set origin to offline mode, so in the future when people come with the same question we can pass it on?

Absolutely. Honestly, you log in to Origin the same way as you would if you were online. Punch in your user id and password and it will recognize that within your system even without internet connection. It will then launch Origin and you can play the games offline. You may have to launch the games online first to activate them, I did, not sure if you have to or not.

Do you have any problems *playing* ME3 offline? I had read that if you have any DLC associated with the account, you either cannot play at all, cannot play the DLC, cannot save your progress, or cannot save the progress in the DLC.

Can you confirm/deny/clarify?

The dlc does not appear to be working as far as I can tell. But everything else is working just fine, I have been saving/loading and playing everything normally.
