i5 9600kf RTX 3080 10GB 16 GB RAM DDR4 2300 MHz
Basically what the title says, I've started experiencing massive stuttering in games out of nowhere, right after it just was not an issue and I could play fine. I know my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU as I can't upgrade the pieces for the moment, but I was playing just fine last week up until I started getting these issues in every game. I monitored CPU and GPU temps and they all seem to be normal, I used RAM benchmarking and its read speed was above 30 GB/s. The GPU does not seem to be the issue because it's never near 100% on task manager while I'm playing. This all happened right after a Windows update so I tried rolling back the 2 updates from that day and while it seemed to work and give me stable FPS again at first, when I tried playing again a few hours later the issue returned. I'm just completely stumped as of what the issue could be and I'm not quite sure what to do.
