No matter what game I stream I get MASSIVE frame drops. On any game. While live streaming BF4, I usually get over 60fps with frame dips to 10-20fps and its really annoying. This goes for games like mimecraft, and basically any other game I have too. Please help!!!

Temps reach about 39°c at the most while streaming. CPU process about 49% while running obs, game, Spotify, origin, Skype, steam, and all other background apps. All cores enabled.

For examples if you need them just look at the past broadcasts of twitch.TV/zer0age

-AMD FX 8320
-Gtx 750 ti superclocked
-10gb ddr3 ram
- 1.125 TB HDD
- 450w raidmax psu

I didn't see the PROGRAM used anywhere.

Are you using NVidia's SHADOWPLAY?

If not I suggest you do, my performance hit is about 5% with VSYNC OFF.

Other:
- *RECORD your video to your hard drive instead of streaming to see if you have the same stutter issue. If not, it appears to be a networking issue.

- BF4 works better with Windows 8 which I think ties into CPU core management being coded into BF4. I don't know if Window's 8's improved thread management would help with streaming as well.

- the CPU using 49% doesn't mean it's not the bottleneck. You would think the streaming applications could simply used the unused CPU cycles with little impact on the game but that doesn't appear to be the case. Not sure where the exact bottlenecks are though.

Yeah I thought that the streaming service would have little impact too, but it might not be the case. I'll try recording when I get home. This happens with every game on my 8320 and not my 750k though for some reason :/
