Question MasterLiquid 120 cooler pump not working

I have a Cooler Master MasterLiquid 120 cooler for my cpu, but the temp was always really high. I found out that the pump wasn’t pumping. The fans on the cooler are working, but not the pump. I have tried to connect it to the AIO header, W_PUMP+ header and the chassis fan header. When i go to the bios it says N/A, I get no output. Is there any way to be certain that maybe the pump is dead or the motherboard is not doing what it should?

Since tested different headers, that work when fans connected, then I suggest returning the AIO, if under warranty.

So there is no way of nothing for sure that its broke?

PS: Do I need to connect some other power cable (Not the 3 pin header)
