Match my razer mouse LED lightning with my background wallpaper?

I have a theme on my windows 10 pc, that keeps switching wallpapers. My windows colors automatically changes, when my background changes.
I was wondering, if someone made a program, where my razer deathadder chroma would switch colors, to match my wallpapers?

So when my pc switches to a green wallpaper, my windows colors would switch to green. Can my mouse automaticly switch to green too?
