Question matched ram or not

I have an older pc (acer veriton m464) which has mismatched ram.

PC2-5300 DDR2-SDRAM UDIMM (333Mhz) 2gb and PC2-6400 DDR2-SDRAM UDIMM (400Mhz) 2gb

both work fine, but if i replace both sets with PC2-6400 DDR2-SDRAM UDIMM 2gb (matched) will this be a better set up and would it help speed up the pc?
I know it's an old pc but it works well, just wondering if matching ram will do anything to help it!
