Matching memory and cpu speeds

I have a system that is displaying some unexplainable instability. It crashed randomly from time to time. In pulling apart the box, I noticed that the CPU (PIII Coppermine) is running at 133 MHz and the memory is 100 MHz. Is this a problem? Shouldn't the memory and CPU bus speeds match?

Thanks!

I'd run memtest86 to rule out memory problems. Yes, it SHOULD run 133MHz memory with a 133MHz FSB CPU, but chances are you have PC100 in your machine rather than PC133 and it's automatically using the much slower setting your RAM needs to make it stable. BTW, that REALLY hurts your performance.
