Accidentally upgraded to windows 10 on my sons computer and now his dvd rom thinks its a cd rom drive and will not play dvd's. Sooo frustrated about the amount of time I've spent already trying to fix something that was working in the first place. Windows 10 is horrible anyhow. Does anybody have a fix for this that doesn't cost me money for something I already paid for once? Hash tag "Thanks Bill Gates"

You should not need any additional drivers for the device to work with Windows (any version). Are you trying to play DVD movies? If so, your "movie player" may be the issue. Please clarify.
