mATX case suggestions

Hi everyone,

I have an mATX build and am looking for a case to buy to hold me over until the inwin 301 comes out. My requirements for the case are:
1) can accommodate atx power supply (evga supernova p2 750W)
2) can accommodate long gpu (1070 strix)
3) small as possible to fit those components
4) enough airflow to comfortably OC components
5) less than $75
6) window if possible
7) I DO NOT need water cooling support, 5.25" drive bay
8) only need support for one 3.5 and one 2.5 drive.

Coolermaster N200 fits the price, size and compatibility but it lacks a proper window.
Phantkes Enthoo Evolv(matx) is stellar but it's more expensive than 75USD.
Corsair 350D is similar to the Phantek's but is a little cheapar than it.

Where are you located and where would you like to purchase the case from?

Okay so another consideration is the I do not need water cooling support and no optical drives and only one 3.5 and one 2.5 drive. I am in the US (FL) and I would purchase from anywhere as long as the shipping is reasonable. I think I would like something a little bit smaller than the evolv and 350D
