[SOLVED] Max Dell Optiplex 3020 MT build with a standard PSU

So, I recently acquired 3 Dell Optiplex 3020 MT that came out of duty at the office. Now I've devised a brilliant plan to turn these computers into a maximum achievable one with the standard PSU. Why the standard PSU?, because I want to add a low profile GPU to the x16 PCIe slot. Why a low profile GPU? because (after my research) this is the cheapest solution for a good GPU without purchasing a new PSU and a comparable (more expensive) GPU.

The goal of the build is gaming with a reasonable FPS with 3 monitors.

The specs of the Dell Optiplex 3020 MT:
OS: Windows 10 pro 64-bit
CPU: Intel i3 4130
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4600
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz
HDD: WD 500GB 7200rpm
PSU: 290w

The Dell Optiplex 3020 MT goal:
OS
: Windows 10 pro 64-bit
CPU: NEW Intel i5 4690 or 4690K
GPU: NEW ZOTAC GTX 1650 Low Profile (x16 PCIe = 75w)
RAM: 2x 4GB DDR3 1600 MHz
HDD 1: WD 500GB 7200rpm
HDD 2: WD 500GB 7200rpm
HDD 3: WD 500GB 7200rpm
PSU: 290w

So, the first question, will the standard PSU of 290w handle this max build of the Optiplex 3020 MT?

The second question, if the standard PSU will handle it, should I choose for the Intel i5 4690 (TDP=84w) or the Intel i5 4690K (TDP=88w)?. The Intel i5 4790K will use more power and exceed the maximum TDP of the motherboard (TDP=84w) by 4w.

The last question, I do not know how much power 3 HDD use, but can I upgrade to 3 SSD that results in a lower power consumption?

Thanks in advance...

The Dell 290W will have no problem powering that 75W card. I had an R7 260x (115w tdp) with my Dell 290W with no problem (aside from not having a 6 pin adapter.) Storage and Ram are pretty nominal power draws.
