Question Max resolution and max refresh rate

Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron 7490 with the i7-10510U processor with iGPU. According to the spec sheet, the max resolution via DisplayPort is 4096 x 2304 @ 60Hz. I am in the market for a new monitor for gaming and I'm leaning towards a 1440p one which I want to run at 144Hz.

So my question is, if the iGPU can do 4k @ 60Hz, is it safe to assume that it can do 1440p @ 144Hz? Or does this depend on other factors?

Any monitor should work then but if it’s an Intel igpu I wouldn’t count on great performance. Usually integrated graphics aren’t strong enough for like first person shooters if your aiming for AAA games.
