Maximum amount of wattage provided by 4-pin molex.

I want to power my GTX 950 through PCI Express and 4 pin molex. There isn't enough power from just PCI Express. Here's the adapter I have in mind. I want to know if that will be enough to power my GPU.

The maximum amount of wattage that my GPU requires is 90 watts.

I know that PCI Express uses 75 watts.

How much wattage can be provided to my GPU from a 4-pin molex?

11 amps per pin, Wikipedia says. I wouldn't worry about it as long as it's on it's own line going into the PSU (not another big device draining the daisy chain).
