Hello,
I am buying a new laptop from a company and the laptop has a 20+ Celsius temperature delta between core 2 and the rest of the cores in its CPU. The CPU is a 6820 HK laptop processor. On a benchmark at stock speeds it had around 83 Celsius for core 2 and below 65 Celsius for the rest of the cores.
I think they warped the IHS when pasting?
Either way, the company says this temperature delta is ok but I think not...
What is the Maximum Core Temp Difference for a mobile Intel CPU to be Considered Faulty?
Your help on this matter is much appreciated!
Thanks,
Mason
