Question Maximum CPU usage and low GPU usage

I Have CPU- Ryzen 7 7700 and GPU-RTX 3060 and if i play game like Valorant or other big software the only CPU is used 0 % GPU is used and because of that (i have 244HZ moniter) in Valorant game i only get 400-500 FPS and i also very high packet loss in valorant

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List of all connected peripherals.
