Maximum GPU Height on Phanteks evolv itx?

What is the maximum GPU height on this case. I have a GTX 1070 FTW from EVGA

It can hold a full height graphics card up to 330 mm (13 inches).

I am talking about height though. Like PCI to side panel how much room is there.

The height is more or less standard. If you look at Newegg reviews, you will see that all kinds of large cards fit, such as the GTX 980.

If your talking about the space above the bracket than its going to be whatever the CPU cooler height is. Which is 200mm for that ITX. a PCI bracket is 120 mm (4.7 inches). That leaves you with 80mm or 3.14961 inches above the bracket.
