My D_LED Header says that it can support a maximum of 5A at 5V.

What is the maximum number of ARGB LEDS that I can safely power?

I bought this (50 ARGB LEDS per strip) (4 strips):

Also, this is the manual for my motherboard: https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_z590-aorus-elite_ax_1002_e.pdf

It says it has two D_LED Headers. Would each one be rated for 5A, so I could actually support up to 10A total?

Thanks.

up to 25watts, number (maximum) will warry as different strips use different number of leds and led technology differs aswell, but they should all tell either amperage or wattage

product says 10-18wattage which fits into your 5A mainboard header

So I should be safe to connect all four to one D_LED header?

Im just confused because I thought these 5050 LEDS draw ~60mA each at 12V and there are 120 LEDS on the four strips total so at 5V, we would have:
P = VI = 120.06*120 = 86.4W

86.4W = 5*I. So I at 5V = 17.28A

12V smd5050 has 60mA per 3 leds which makes them 20mA each

from picture this one is smd5050 aswell but 5V version, (WS2812B)
it has also 20mA in specs, but voltage is as follow:
red - :2.0-2.2V
green and blue :3.0-3.4V
so its pretty much same as above 20mA on 5V per led (smd)
120*0,02 = 2.4A

Great! Thanks!

I’ll plug them all into one header and save the other for some rgbic fans.
