Guys I really need help

I found out about Windows function to change processorstates, max and min, I wish I didnt. Before my CPU just acted normally like it should processing how its supposed to but now I changed it to 30, everytime I change it to 100 it really goes FULL processing mode and heats up and makes noise. I just wish it could go back to a normal mode... did i do something irreversible? Standard settings dont help.

I just wish someone couldve warned me about this now my CPU is acting to what the max and min state says and not doing what a normal CPU does...

Please help...
