Question Maximum temperature for AMD Ryzen and PCH (official data) ?

I looked up the maximum temperatures for AMD Ryzen 5 7600X and X670 Chipset (PCH)

Ryzen 5 7000x​

On the official website the maximum safe temperature (TjMax) for the AMD Ryzen 5 7600X is 95°C, as stated by AMD.

X670 Chipset (PCH)​

However, I cannot find a max junction temp for the chipset.
Can anyone provide some links to official documentation?

Near as I can figure, the X670 chipset is built on TSMCs 6nm process node, which is a modified 7nm node. AMD lists the TJMax for Ryzen 5000 as 95C also.
