I read that 1.1v is what you should be on as max but can't confirm if AMD had said it. You should tread carefully though, if you do your due diligence, you'll see many folks ending up with dead Ryzen 5 3600/3600x's, notably bad memory controller/channel or a dead CPU issue.

amd did said it, but that was for zen1 overclocking presentation
amd doesnt even have public papers for cpu specs like intel has (min-max voltages)
but yes 1.1v on zen2/3 is also plenty enough for 3600 ram clock
