maximus vi extreme or formula?

huy guys,

I'm in need of your expert opinion,
I'm trying to decide which motherboard should i go.
maximus vi extreme or formula?

i currently have a 290x X2
i7 4770k
16gb g skill sniper 2400.
phantom 630 case. white

used to have a maximus vi extreme but accident happen so i went to RMA
now im having a 2nd choice which is the maximus vi formula
because im planning to fully waterblock this rig.

any suggestion will be appreciated.
